Job Responsibilities: Use your technical experience and critical thinking to solve process automation problems at scale and ensure that features deployed have technical integrity and stability. Collaborate on organization-wide technology choices and design patterns and contribute to the data engineering community. Identify potential solutions for all employee user personas, implementing large and small scale solutions aimed to increase employee productivity and ease of use. Apply agile methodologies and new technology to enhance productivity, quality, and system performance. Understand how new technologies and frameworks can help us win and develop methods for implementing them in our environment. Identify and implement tools for increased productivity, security, reliability, and performance. Job Requirements: Hands-on development mentality with a willingness to troubleshoot and tackle sophisticated problems. Mindset towards automation and scalability. Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented development skills. Experienced in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and cloud tools such as Kubernetes and Docker. Experience using a data-driven approach to solving problems (AI/ML). Experience developing and maintaining software in multiple programming languages (Java, Scala, Javascript, Python…). Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field ; or Equivalent related professional experience. Experience developing API driven web-applications (GraphQL, REST, Swagger).
