Job Description: Salesforce Technical Lead for Enhanced Envoy. Role will provide technical guidance and hands-on development for Enhanced Envoy on the International Markets Salesforce platform. Job Responsibilities: May implement new or modified configurations, reusing existing code/configuration and/or integrating purchased solutions. Documents, tests, implements and provides on-going support for the applications. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders. Focuses on providing thought leadership within Application Development but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business. Recognized internally as a subject matter expert. Design & implement APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing Apex code, Web Services, etc. Provides comprehensive consultation to business unit and IT management and staff on all phases of application configuration and processes. Mentors junior developers and performs code reviews Works closely with client and IT management and staff to identify Salesforce configuration solutions, new or modified configurations, reuse of existing configuration or code through the use of other Cigna solutions, 3rd party purchased solutions or a combination of the available alternatives. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost effective implementation solution. Provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Salesforce assignments/projects. Acts as the principal designer for major implementations with moderately complexity and their subsystems utilizing a thorough understanding of available technology, tools and existing designs. Design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, and support Salesforce.com application and integrations.
