Job Description: The Executive Director of Online Strategy will lead annual development of the Global Online strategy, while also owning the execution of key projects that align with the division’s strategic priorities. The Director will also lead content development for key senior leadership meetings. The Director will maintain an authoritative knowledge of E/M-Commerce best practices / trends and leverage this deep understanding to provide valuable insights to guide key initiatives. The Executive Director will manage an Assistant Manager, and will report into the VP, Online Acceleration. Job Responsibilities: Managing relationships with external vendors where necessary Communicating and selling in ideas to Brands, Regions, and Functions as necessary Defining and measuring KPIs, and calculating ROI Lead content development of the annual update of ELC Online’s 3-year strategy, working cross-functionally with key stakeholders to identify and align on strategic priorities, and create presentation materials for the annual strategy meeting with ELC senior management. Responsible for cascading the strategy to the global ELC Online organization Developing and presenting business cases Develop themes and content for regular business review meetings with ELC senior management and other presentation materials on behalf of the President of ELC Online. Partner closely with key Online Brand, Region and Functional leads to gather relevant business information and ensure alignment Working in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders including Brands, Production, UX Design, Finance, etc. Manage an Assistant Manager and potentially additional junior team members Determining and managing rollout approach Job Requirements: Strong attention to detail and results orientation; strong work ethic and persistence to drive an initiative to completion; a “roll up the sleeves” attitude towards tackling a challenge Ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously and to thrive in a project-based environment with multiple workstreams and stakeholders MBA preferred; BA / BS required Previous work experience in E-Commerce and / or top-tier management consulting, with a preferred focus on online retail or consumer experience Very strong content development skills (e.g., Powerpoint, Keynote); ability to crystallize complex concepts into clear, salient points and to leverage creativity and storytelling in presenting ideas Very strong quantitative and analytical skills, including P&L development Excellent communicator, and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, to understand incentives, and ensure alignment in a matrixed organization Job Details: Company: Estée Lauder Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: New York, New York; United States Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacancyoptions.com
