Job Description: Join a team of development program professionals to manage & lead Honeywell programs. You will work under minimal supervision of the Platform/CBT/SBU leader, execute development programs of significant size & complexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills and thorough understanding of multiple workstreams (of functions and Centers of Excellence). You will manage and lead complex, global development programs that may span several major domestic and worldwide locations, requiring coordination of technology development and production across locations. You will define, generate & implement program plans. Job Responsibilities: Mentor and coach members of team Present program details and status to leadership on a regular basis Drive on-time execution Lead customer management in terms of scope setting, establishing communication cadence Coordinate and collaborate with relevant functional teams/groups to achieve program objectives Support forecast business analysis and subsequent capacity analysis Execute the Management Operating System (MOS) Direct and lead assigned global space programs Negotiate program contracts Define & generate program plans Understand and drive budget/schedule Adhere to Honeywell program management process Job Requirements: BS/BA/Master’s degree in engineering, science or business Minimum of seven (7) years of program management/project engineering within the aerospace industry MBA PMP Certification Experience in developing and executing strategy and growth plans for new or modified products or applications Strong business and financial acumen (ex.
