Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a well-stocked and well-maintained department while providing superior customer service. You'll stock and properly rotate products on a daily basis, while maintaining all department and safety / sanitation standards. Job Responsibilities: Performs the duties of Customer Service Assistant as needed Organizes merchandise on pallets to make the department presentable to the public Uses suggestive selling techniques to meet customer needs and build department sales Maintains standards in shrink, safety, inventory control, and sanitation Merchandises product effectively Provides superior customer service Answers customer questions regarding products and assists them with selections; helps customers locate store merchandise Builds, stocks, maintains, and takes down store displays Organizes, cleans, and prepares back area for the night crew and incoming trucks Checks shipments for out-of-date and damaged product to ensure freshness and quality of products Stocks and rotates items as needed Assists with inventory control; loads, unloads, and moves product Ensures integrity of shelf tags and signage in department; may create / prepare signage, as needed Job Requirements: Reading and writing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Minimum age 18 (mandatory) Strong customer service skills Planning and organizing skills Completion of Company Orientation and Safety Training (upon hire) Communication and interpersonal skills Communication and interpersonal skills A high school diploma High school diploma (or equivalent) Job Details: Company: H-E-B Vacancy Type: Part Time Job Location: San Angelo, TX, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacancyoptions.com
