Job Description: The Sr. Lease Administrator is responsible for review, interpretation and maintaining all real estate documentation for incorporation into the company’s Lease Administration database and filing systems. All documents pertaining to the acquisition of new assets by lease or fee, including any modifications to the leases throughout the term, the subsequent sale or sublease of those assets, franchise leases and subleases with the company and franchise direct leases are abstracted for pertinent and strategic information and incorporated into the database. Job Responsibilities: Monitors all rents payable including base rent, common area, maintenance charges, taxes, and percentage rents for both Master and Subleases entered by 3rd party. Prepares reports from database for the Real Estate Asset Managers, Accounting and Finance, and other departments as requested. Abstracts and interprets pertinent and strategic lease information and incorporates information into database; initiates startup requirements. Tracks and reports all critical dates, modifying and maintaining accuracy of data. Opens and distributes mail. Participates in company meetings, webinars and conference calls. Reviews all documents pertaining to acquisition of new assets by lease or fee including any modifications to leases throughout the term, subsequent sale or sublease of those assets. Updates all pertinent real estate information into the Lease Administration database, including document tracking and scanning. Provides direction to 3rd party on new processes, changes, and corrections. Job Requirements: Must display strong analytical and organizational skills and have the ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies with positive business results BA/BS Degree in Finance, Business or Real Estate Law preferred Must be able to work individually and as a team Must have strong work ethics and a high level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive information Must possess three (3) years of any combination of experience and/or education that demonstrates a commanding knowledge of commercial real estate Job Details: Company: CKE Restaurants, Inc.
