Job Description: A multifaceted role on the front line in providing high quality, friendly & fun beverage service to all guests of the speakeasy style whilst utilizing the unique The Luggage Room welcome. Tasked with the brief to always provide high quality, high energy and memorable guest experiences at The Luggage Room by ensuring orders are accurate and service is effective and efficient. Lives the service culture of a Neighbourhood bar where relationships and guest interactions are at the core of the operations. Responsibilities will include all aspects of the operational day to day running of the bar itself from preparation, cocktail crafting to table service. Further responsibilities are found in completing opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Job Responsibilities: Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar area Open and serve wine/champagne Prepare garnishes Process all payment methods and complete cashier reports Welcome guests Attend to tables Job Requirements: Great storytelling skills Positive outlook and outgoing personality Previous bartending experience is a big plus.
