KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Procurement Analyst – VMS to join our Strategic Sourcing and Procurement organization. Job Responsibilities: Ensure master data supporting the solution is kept up to date and cleansed (cost objects, supplier information, users, timecards, key contacts, attachments) Support supplier management activities (onboarding, issue management, et al) and contribute to department special initiatives and projects Lead solution enhancement initiatives in collaboration with the Contingent Labor Vendor Management System (VMS) provider and internal Information Technology department Serve as the internal business Subject Matter Expert for the VMS solution and related processes Provide critical reports to support supplier scorecards, quarterly performance reviews, client billing, engagement management as well as ad hoc requests from contingent labor stakeholder(s) Partner with finance to pro-actively address system integration reconciliation issues Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience; MBA and other relevant degree /certification desirable Highly customer service oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills Intermediate/Advanced understanding of Contingent Labor solutions (Beeline, SAP Fieldglass) supporting a large company Minimum two years of recent experience supporting VMS solutions / programs; Strategic Sourcing and Procurement experience desirable Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and organization skills, project management skills desirable Highest ethical standards with a strong moral compass and a constant focus on doing what is right Job Details: Company: KPMG Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Baton Rouge, LA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacancyoptions.com
