Job Responsibilities: Support overall strategy development of Buildings Technology Strategic Plan (STRAP) Support acquisition and business development opportunities with respective strategic business unit (SBU) counterparts Collaborate with a variety of different financial and legal resources of the organization Define and fine-tune strategy and strategic options of the company to strengthen the overall business portfolio Support the development presentation materials to effectively communicate with various stakeholders Partner with Offering Managers to drive Voice of Customer activities and fact-based analysis of competitive threats / trends across businesses, technologies, and customer needs to support new product developments and business models Identify and evaluate new markets within vertical and across relevant business units Support new product and growth projects (business peer reviews, go-to-market plans, etc.) in their respective business It is expected that the candidate in this position may travel globally up to 20% of the time Champion Marketing Excellence, including development of marketing best practices to develop and apply effective customer segmentation and value propositions, pricing excellence, and provide / support training forums for the enhancement of core marketing skillsets Prepare business cases based on expected value creation coming from the opportunities Job Requirements: Excellent project management skills Ability to forge solid relationships and manage across a broad and geographically dispersed business Master of Business Administration (MBA) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively A Highly motivated self-starter.
