Job Description: Provides prompt and courteous member service. Garnishes, weighs, wraps, labels and merchandises bakery products. Job Responsibilities: Follows SSOP guidelines as it refers to proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this position. Maintains current product knowledge of bakery items. Scales finished product and records on weight verification sheets. Assists with other bakery duties as needed. Moves product filled oven racks. Un-trays product from baking pans onto packaging. Garnishes baked goods according to item requirements; stacks used baking pans on pan dollies. Packages and wraps baked goods by hand or wrapping machine according to merchandise manual. Completes and complies with 11 Commandments of Quality Assurance, Food Safety Certification and all Safety training required by warehouse and department. Uses racks or carts to move or stock wrapped product onto tables and pallets. Responsible to maintain date rotation and merchandising presentation throughout the day.
