Job Responsibilities:
- Keep Salesforce running smoothly by testing and adjusting as needed, then documenting fixes
- Perform ongoing Salesforce administration such as creating accounts, defining fields and updating dashboards
- Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend workarounds
- Contribute new products, workflows and ideas to influence the SDLC platform
Job Requirements:
- At least 1-year Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience
- At least 1-year experience building custom APEX and Visualforce solutions
- At least 1-year with Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functional and application design
