These are the professionals that help us build Aetna’s business in our specialty product area administering Employee Assistance and Behavioral Health programs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The goal is to meet customer needs and serve as a strategic consultant to optimize the impact of customer’s EAP and Behavioral Health programs.
  • Develops and executes effective account management strategies for our customers, and meet profitable growth, retention and cross-selling objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of industry or customer service experience, and clinical background/ experience in behavioral health.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing/ account management role.
  • Master’s of Business Administration and/or Master’s in a Behavioral Health field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or Bachelor’s in a Behavioral Health field.
