Job Description:
These are the professionals that help us build Aetna’s business in our specialty product area administering Employee Assistance and Behavioral Health programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- The goal is to meet customer needs and serve as a strategic consultant to optimize the impact of customer’s EAP and Behavioral Health programs.
- Develops and executes effective account management strategies for our customers, and meet profitable growth, retention and cross-selling objectives.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of industry or customer service experience, and clinical background/ experience in behavioral health.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing/ account management role.
- Master’s of Business Administration and/or Master’s in a Behavioral Health field.
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Bachelor’s in a Behavioral Health field.
