Aetna Job Openings – EAP Clinical Counselor

Job Description:

Provides consistent, high quality consultations regarding worksite issues to account representatives, plan sponsors and employees and coordinates onsite interventions for critical incidents and SAP/ DOT assessments.

Job Requirements:

• Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) preferred or willing to become certified.
• Master’s degree required in behavioral health or counseling profession
• 3 + years of substance abuse assessment and treatment experience.
• Current valid unrestricted independent behavioral health licensure to practice per state regulations (Ex: LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) in which you reside.
  CISM/crisis management experience and skills(CISD/critical incident stress debriefing)
• Experience in EAP (Employee Assistance Programs)
• 3+ years of post-graduate behavioral health experience
• DOT-regulated experience strongly preferred
• Master’s degree required in behavioral health or counseling profession
