Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead team responsible for the design and implementation planning of new personalized and simplified member experience for members of Aetna’s dual eligible products.
  • Through this project we will redesign and align internal processes and systems to streamline how Aetna engages with members.
  • Works cross-functionally to involve all stakeholders in developing our new dual member engagement vision and drives all work and planning meetings
  • Accountable for the ideation and development of the redesigned dual member engagement model
  • Responsible for defining the overall value proposition, detailing specific functionality and workflows, setting operational outcome targets
  • Engages subject matter experts across the organization to understand abrasion points when engaging with and serving our dual members
  • Designs and adjusts conceptual models to visualize and communicate our transformation plans
  • Drives member engagement solutions across multiple disciplines including systems and delivery, access to care and care management, customer service and other support areas.
  • Delivers updates to management and senior leadership
  • Holds teams accountable for deliverables

Job Requirements:

  • Certification as project manager
  • 5-10 years experience in managed care/health insurance industry experience, Medicare, Medicaid or dually eligible beneficiaries in particular
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in developing new products and programs
  • Proven track record managing complex projects and/or programs working with cross functional teams
  • Experience managing large budgets
  • Experience in developing and/or managing customer services or member experience programs in managed care organizations
