Job Description: We are currently looking for a People and Culture Intern to join our team. You will be responsible for providing overall support to the across all facets of human resources in a timely and efficient manner. Job Responsibilities: Prepare weekly recruitment reports and other ad hoc HR reports and dashboard. Provide support to the team, in scheduling interviews, coordinating & administering assignments, conducting reference checks and ensuring that candidates have provided with the required information and documentation. Support the Head of People & Culture by preparing presentations and infographics as requested. Creating and managing candidate profile with accurate data and documents on the talent acquisition system Maintain and update Work anniversary and Birthday calendars and send emailers. Supporting with on - boarding process which includes arranging IT set-up (email account, hardware and software access’s), scheduling meet & greets, arranging desk and welcome kit. Supporting all new joiners to have a smooth onboarding process by answering all general inquiries, advising new joiners about their two week schedule and induction. Support and assist HR team on all employee relations activities. Provide expert colleague service to both internal and external customers Support in company events. Prepare and maintain employee engagement calendar and organize activities as per the calendar Job Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology or Business Management Minimum 6 months internship experience in a diversified HR role preferably in digital, technology or retail industry Strong numerical and analytical skills, with critical attention to detail. Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. Good interpersonal, collaborative skills with the ability to work well within a team. Good communication, reporting and presentation skills. Coordinating with 3rd party vendors, market analysis, reports, HR system changes & understanding, assisting with shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews Basic accountability and ownership of their own tasks and projects Understanding UAE labour law, protocol and procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office (with excellent Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivot tables, conditional Formatting), Word (Mail Merge) and PowerPoint and its component parts) Learn and demonstrate follow-up and problem-solving skills Ability to cope well under pressure, work on own initiative, strong prioritization and organization skills.
