Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for a hard-working individual to join the growing team at our HR team as an E Learning Designer. As an E Learning Designer, you will bring experience of working across multiple instructional design projects to build high-quality training solutions. In addition, you will have proven project management experience, including managing multiple work streams and deadlines. You’ll be empowered to design, build and continuously improve training content using an array of creative approaches that will engage and inspire learners. You should have experience of creating training materials and eLearning modules.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the design of accurate training content
• Design training solutions in multiple formats
• Support the training team, including preparing and considering content for use in video, graphics and audio
• Create visually appealing materials and clear guidance for colleagues to present high quality training content
• Develop new e-learning modules alongside the upkeep of current e-learning modules
• Develop training manuals and training aids
• Measure the effectiveness and impact of content you produce to demonstrate return on investment

Job Requirements:

• Maths, English and IT GCSE grade A – C
• Demonstrated working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, GoAnimate and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Translate designs into visual appealing materials
• Experience of producing blended training solutions
• Knowledge of training and development learning theory
• Analyse training content and know when and how to convert into effective training
