Job Responsibilities:

As a Learning Coordinator you’ll support end to end learning projects to enable the Leadership & Learning team to deliver its objectives in line with its transformation programmes. You’ll work with stakeholders across the learning and change teams to document project delivery timelines, the flow of projects into the design team and the governance of learning. You’ll support the collation, prioritisation and delivery of learning needs.

You will support the Learning Design Team in the upload of content into the learning management system and Learning Map. You’ll work with learning technology vendors to support the implementation of their software solutions to enable innovative learning design.

Job Requirements:

• You will have an understanding of the learning design and governance processes.
• You will have advanced understanding and experience with Microsoft Office 365 business tools.
• You must have demonstrable experience in coordinating large projects.
