Job Description:
The Sr. Program Manager eBusiness FEP is a member of the FEP E-Business team; The purpose of this role is to simplify health and wellness experiences for Federal Employee Program members. This role is responsible for both maintenance and enhancement of the newly launched product, fepblue mobile app as well as MyBlue eService application.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the development, craft and provide oversight of user stories, business requirements and enhancements for new and existing programs
- Analyze tool utilization, app engagement, budget spent and all related data aspects in order to identify trends, resolve issues and propose new opportunities
- Collaborate and facilitate resolution of production defects that evolve into new features and functionality
- Manage the mobile app and eService from concept, to design, to implementation and finally support the operations
- Drives future roadmap planning and development by gathering business, technical, and industry inputs taking into consideration how the current functionality and supporting data lends to product strategic direction
Job Requirements:
- HS/GED and 9 years of related work experience
- Proficient in requirements gathering and user story writing
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years’ related work experience OR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Familiar with using Agile, SAFe, Scrum software development methodologies and associated management tracking tools
- Experience/knowledgeable in product requirements development lifecycle
