Job Description:

Under the guidance of Internal Audit Management and senior staff, the Information Technology (“IT”) Auditor supports Internal Audit’s goals by taking part in evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of the Company IT operations, compliance with related policy, regulation and IT controls. Assignments will include, but not be limited to, conducting information technology audits, consultative and ad-hoc projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help senior staff draft audit observations and recommendations for improvement for audit reports and memos
• Identify deviations from regulations, policy and procedures
• Independently perform audit procedures, including interviews with personnel, tests of internal controls and compliance with applicable regulations, policies and procedures
• Efficiently execute research
• Analyze processes and audit evidence and evaluate adequacy of controls
• Think critically and exercise professional skepticism, judgment and discretion
• Follow-up on test exceptions to determine validity
• Effectively communicate observations and conclusions to Internal Audit management and auditee
• Under supervision, develop audit plans, including audit programs, testing and reporting
• Organize workpapers to support conclusions
• Keep abreast of Company policies and procedures, current developments in IT and auditing, as applicable
• Manage time to efficiently work on, meet milestones and complete assignments within budgeted time

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and inquisitive
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Pursuing CISA, CIA or other relevant audit or IT certification preferred
• PeopleSoft experience preferred
• Required Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, business administration, or related discipline
• Information Technology General Control (ITGC) and Application Controls testing experience
• Robotic Process automation preferred
• Self sufficient and independent approach
• Required two years of audit experience that includes at least one year of one of the big 4 accounting firms.
