Job Responsibilities:

• Manage lifecycle of the product from market requirements to product release, implementation, adoption and feedback loop.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering & stake holders to drive product vision, define and refine product requirements. Define and prioritize a product backlog. Technical background desirable.
• Conduct competitive research and analysis and work with the design team on creating and validating prototypes with usability testing
• Communicate effectively with engineering, sales, marketing, implementation teams and leadership to ensure business and customer goals are met.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements to create in support of product roadmap. Translate market requirements into functional specifications (user stories).
• Utilize data to understand customer needs and behaviors as well as business objectives, and enable the team to transform that knowledge into product enhancements and new features.

• Ability to build and maintain business relationships across all organizational levels, i.e. peers, vendors, clients
• Self-starter with ability to drive decisions and lead projects from start to finish
• Exceptional decision-making, prioritization, and time management skills.
• History of proven results delivering high quality, customer-driven products or features, on time.
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration, organizational skills, and an understanding of how to develop a product roadmap and backlog.

Qualification & Experience:

• 3-5 years of product management experience
• Experience with B2B or B2C, SaaS-based products preferred
• Managed healthcare, benefits, and/or outsourcing service experience a plus
• Experience with software agile tools, preferably ADO, JIRA. Experience with Pendo a plus.
