Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures responsible alcohol service, through effective shift execution.
• Ensure the execution of all company specified training and development programs including hourly, WCT, shift leader and manager programs.
• Handle shift-by-shift coaching and counseling of team member and seek guidance from General Manager, District Manager, Human Resources and/or Chief Operations Officer for any termination decisions.
• Models hospitality skills/behaviors, including regular interaction and engagement with guests.
• Ensure 100 % compliance in all areas of federal and state laws, company policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Plan and leads employee meetings, builds camaraderie, and solicits feedback.
• Ensures guest satisfaction, inspires guest loyalty.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications.
• Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and have a passion for teaching others.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Satisfactory criminal history.
• Periodic travel to management meetings as needed.
• Education: High School or equivalent.
• Analyze situations, identify and troubleshoot problems and implement solutions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Good people management skills, communication and listening skills. Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
• Commitment to a full-time work schedule; including nights and weekends.
• 1+ years management experience in a FULL SERVICE RESTAURANT.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, computer operations.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
