It is not intended to be all-inclusive Job Responsibilities: Ensures responsible alcohol service, through effective shift execution. Ensure the execution of all company specified training and development programs including hourly, WCT, shift leader and manager programs. Handle shift-by-shift coaching and counseling of team member and seek guidance from General Manager, District Manager, Human Resources and/or Chief Operations Officer for any termination decisions. Models hospitality skills/behaviors, including regular interaction and engagement with guests. Ensure 100 % compliance in all areas of federal and state laws, company policies, guidelines and procedures. Plan and leads employee meetings, builds camaraderie, and solicits feedback. Ensures guest satisfaction, inspires guest loyalty. Job Requirements: Must possess proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications. Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and have a passion for teaching others. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Satisfactory criminal history. Periodic travel to management meetings as needed. Education: High School or equivalent. Analyze situations, identify and troubleshoot problems and implement solutions. Valid driver's license. Good people management skills, communication and listening skills. Must be flexible and adaptable to change. Commitment to a full-time work schedule; including nights and weekends. 1+ years management experience in a FULL SERVICE RESTAURANT. Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, computer operations. Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
