Job Description:

As a Guest Arrival Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in defining our guest experience by presenting a welcoming spirit to guests entering the parking lot, the main gate area and throughout the park. You will communicate park information to guests while enthusiastically displaying a positive attitude, high level of energy and commitment to quality. You will also:

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer park surveys to guests
• Direct cars in the parking lot
• Follow proper cash handling procedures wile operating a cash register
• Maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas
• Work any Guest Arrival position as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Greet and interact with guests
• Answer questions and resolve guest issues
• Advise guests on show times and attraction information
• Facilitate an organized guest traffic flow
• Validating tickets for guest park entrance

Job Requirements:

• Work with large amounts of cash
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Previous guest/customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills a plus
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Basic computer proficiency
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent cash handling abilities
• Ability to learn/use point of sale (cash register) systems
