Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyze tests to evaluate the effectiveness of operational changes, leveraging findings to make recommendations and influence rollout decisions
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and conducting deep dive analyses to drive innovation in HR
  • Periodically conduct analyses and complete projects to support special initiatives within the broader Strategy group
  • Enhance analytical tools, such as models, reports, and dashboards, utilizing them to monitor performance and drive ongoing execution in HR
  • Develop new analytical models, data sources, and strategies to drive HR decisions

Job Requirements:

  • Computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint; SQL experience preferred
  • Curiosity for finding optimal solutions to complex problems and passion for bringing those solutions to a reality within our business
  • Demonstrated top-caliber analytic and problem-solving skills
  • History of achievement indicated by work experience/accomplishments, top GPA or other recognition such as scholarships, awards, honor societies, etc.
  • 2+ years of business experience in HR analytics, strategic analysis, financial analysis, consulting or engineering
  • Undergraduate degree in a business, quantitative, or engineering discipline with an excellent academic record; graduate degree a plus but not required
  • Experience with advanced analytics, statistics, and modeling preferred
