Cedar Fair Employment – Pastry Sous Chef

Job Description:

The Pastry Sous Chef will prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies etc. while creating new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers. Other duties include decorating pastries using different icings and toppings to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting for the enjoyment of our Cedar Point guests.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
  • Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
  • 3-5 years Culinary leadership experience
