Job Description:

As the primary Supply Chain relationship with Operators, the Supply Chain Consultant role provides immersive support and 24/7 accessability including holidays to meet the unique Supply Chain needs of Restaurant Operators. The Supply Chain Consultant serves as a senior individual contributor (non people leader) that supports 250-500+ Restaurants as part of an Area Support Team* (AST) within one of six Regions and currently up to $4b+ in sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be a trusted advocate for Operators to ensure their Supply Chain needs are met.
• Work with wide latitude of interdependency to make recommendations and decisions to connect Operators to Supply Chain solutions.
• Understand end to end Supply Chain strategies (Distribution, Chicken, Bread, Produce, Packaging, Inventory, Quality and Supplier Safety, Costs and Communication) and represent these strategies to Operators and their ASTs.
• Understand our Restaurants, our Operator business model and Areas to fuel market ecosystem growth.
• Provide Supply Chain focused consultation to Operators and Restaurant Teams.
• Build trusted relationships with Operators, our Partners, Field Operations and across Supply Chain to ensure the highest quality experience for each Restaurant.
• Regionally align with Field Operations to provide Supply Chain insights and solutions to Area Support Teams.
• Partner with Corporate Communication to provide Operator perspective on Supply Chain communication to Operators and Restaurants.
