Job Description:
Chick-fil-A Northridge is seeking a General Manager (called Operating Partner in-house) with the ability to provide operational oversight and strong leadership to 70+ team members. This person will be in a leadership position where they will have the opportunity to lead, grow, and serve. This individual will have their hand in multiple aspects of the restaurant from managing operationally to business planning and strategizing. The ultimate goal for this person is to work alongside the Owner/Operator, other Operating Partners, and Executive team to play a key role in growing the business and developing team members. This role is hands-on, so this leader must have the ability to manage multiple areas of the business simultaneously. In order to be successful, consistent and effective communication are key, as well as the ability to extrapolate data and shift directives to manage results. This leader will be intentionally developed and long-term could have the opportunity to work for Chick-fil-A Inc. or pursue becoming an Owner/Operator themselves!
Job Responsibilities:
- Intentionally invest in and develop team members and mid-level leaders
- Ongoing evaluation of business operations and streamlining systems/processes to improve efficiency and to build sustainable sales and profit growth
- Know, set, and evolve store goals with a focus on key metrics
- Positively impact the team and culture by modeling core values
- Meet regularly with Operator and Leadership Team to set goals, train, and achieve results
- Perform off-shift managerial tasks such as team training and development
- Coach and train your team; celebrate successes while holding team members accountable for performance results
- Work in the operation overseeing and supervising daily systems and processes
- Evaluate logistical needs and plan ahead to ensure that the store runs with excellence during peak times
Job Requirements:
