Job Description:
The Chick-fil-A Networking team is responsible for implementing and maintaining core connectivity to support Chick-fil-A corporate campuses, datacenters, and hybrid clouds supporting critical business functions. In this role you will utilize your expertise to design, build, and maintain a complex LAN and WAN infrastructure. You will also influence and contribute to strategic planning efforts as we continuously improve the delivery of networking services supporting our rapidly growing business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify capacity and performance issues to ensure continued, uninterrupted operation of networking infrastructure
- Collect and evaluate new business requirements and translate into technical design
- Partner with key network suppliers to develop and maintain services
- Participate and represent the team in Change and Incident management meetings
- Cultivate new and current vendor relationships
- Communicate with internal customers and present solutions in a non-technical manner
- Implement and support enterprise LAN and WAN network infrastructure
- Conduct technical training for internal audiences
- Provide thought leadership relating to future network design and development
- Create and maintain network documentation and reports as required
Job Requirements:
- Excellent network troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 5 to 7 Years relevant WAN/LAN experience
- Ability to collect business requirements and work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to design, build, and implement.
