Chick Fil a Careers – Business Director

Job Description:

Chick-fil-A of Summerville ($10 million) and/or Chick-fil-A of Goose Creek ($8 million) are seeking a Business Director who will serve on the senior leadership team and provide operational oversight and strong leadership to three Operations Directors and a team of 80-120 team leaders and team members. The Business Director will report to and be intentionally developed by the executive team: the Operating Partner, the Executive Partner, and the Operator. The Business Director will spend their time in the restaurant working on and overseeing all areas of daily business operations including leading top-level leaders, taking ownership over metrics, coaching and encouraging the team, and thinking with growth in mind. This leader must be able to think like an owner as he/she oversees key performance metrics, enhances the overall customer experience, and develops a leadership pipeline to create capacity for future growth. After approximately 4 years of success in the Business Director role, the Business Director will have the opportunity to apply directly to become an Owner/Operator of their own Chick-fil-A franchise or to pursue a position at the Chick-fil-A Support Center (corporate office).

Job Requirements:
