Job Responsibilities:

Chick-fil-A Northlake Boulevard is seeking a Restaurant Director with the ability to provide operational oversight and strong leadership to its 140 team members. This individual will have their hand in multiple aspects of the restaurant from overseeing a department to business planning and strategizing. The ultimate goal for this person is to work alongside the Owner/Operator and other Leaders to play a key role in growing the business and holding the team accountable. This opportunity is far greater than “fast food” but is an opportunity for a key individual to impact the day to day team members and business functions of a Chick-fil-A restaurant. This leader will be intentionally developed and long-term will have the opportunity to serve as a top leader in an even larger capacity or pursue becoming an Owner/Operator within the next 3-5 years!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform off-shift managerial tasks such as team training and development, evaluations, planning, and reviewing reports and results
  • Meet regularly with Operator and Leadership Team for training/personal development and to execute overall vision
  • Develop a strong leadership pipeline to create capacity for future growth
  • Rotate around and work in the operations overseeing and supervising daily systems and processes
  • Ensure Chick-fil-A Northlake Boulevard is meeting and exceeding all Chick-fil-A standards
  • Ongoing evaluation of business operations and streamlining systems/processes to improve efficiency and to build sustainable sales and profit growth
  • Celebrate successes while holding team members accountable for performance results
  • Continuous team development with weekly and bi-weekly leadership meetings
  • Enthusiastically lead and impact the team through coaching, building relationships, and cultivating a culture of care by modeling core values
  • Track business performance and results to ensure the store is meeting stated objectives and goals

  • Team-oriented and others focused; genuine heart and care for people
  • 5-7+ years leadership/management experience; operations experience is a plus
  • Competitive and hungry; possesses a willingness and desire to learn and be coached
  • Demonstrates humility and servant leadership mentality; willing to get your hands dirty
  • Growth and results-oriented with the capability to see and understand the vision and bigger picture of the company
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Adaptable, self-starter, and resourceful problem solver
