Job Description:

Text analytics is a critical capability within Cigna’s Experience & Insights organization. The Text Analytics Platform Advisor is an internal consultant who will help our Voice of Customer analysts get the most value from Clarabridge. The ideal candidate is an experienced Clarabridge power user and evangelist who is passionate about actionable insights from text analytics. Although we have many Clarabridge users, this role is our go-to-person for continuously improving the platform ecosystem with an emphasis on pervasive, effective platform usage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help establish best practices and standards around text analytics categorization, sentiment and actionable insight analysis principles.
• Lead a cross functional text analytics governance team.
• Build and maintain text analytics categorization models.
• Perform basic and advanced sentiment tuning for diverse sources of qualitative data.
• Serve as the main contact and act as an internal consultant working with key stakeholders to understand their business requirements and provide recommendations for how they can leverage text analytics.
• Continue to build a best in class text analytics environment using Clarabridge which will facilitate the discovery of deep insights by marketing insight analysts.

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written/oral communication and presentation/interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity, including demonstrated ability to successfully navigate a complex, highly-matrixed organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• 2+ years of experience with text analytics, speech analytics or Natural Language Processing (NLP) doing qualitative data analysis. Clarabridge experience strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, market research, or related fields.
• Highly organized and tenacious about getting the details right.
