Job Description:
- Identify critical paths and contingency plans for large scale projects, including development of a work breakdown structure, identification of major milestones and changes in project scope, and sequencing of project activities.
- Partner with various key stakeholders, internal and external, to gather inputs and develop objectives, project scope, goals and deliverables for key business projects and initiatives.
- Co-ordinate with multiple units to successfully onboard vendors (GF, CART, CBDC, Procurement etc)
- Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information.
- Create innovative and robust presentation documents in support of TA efforts
- Act as a subject matter expert and advise / consult with the TA&PI team or other key stakeholders; develop and cultivate business relationships vital to success of projects / business initiatives
- Strong focus on re-engineering solutions for business reporting issues with broad business impact; may utilize various project management methodologies in initiatives that are focused on increasing operational efficiencies
- Project Management lead on two critical Global Assessment projects which include full vendor onboarding through to implementation (Aon & Plum.io)
- Follow the HR PMO guidelines and process steps, ensuring compliance with the project tool used for audit and reporting
- Provide Project Management infrastructure to scope, lead, and drive re-engineering efforts in Systems, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Sourcing and Selection Strategy, Hiring Manager and Candidate Experience, and various other key business initiatives
- Monitor and control projects/programs so they remain aligned with strategic business initiatives, communicate updates as necessary and ensures adequate resource requirements are available.
- Practice established project management protocols including the development of project plans/timelines, facilitation of project meetings, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR management, Business or related field
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently with program management experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills demonstrating cross cultural understanding and knowledge across multiple geographic locations
- Demonstrable Influence management skills to lead and champion change
- Extensive years of program/project management experience in a large, complex, matrixed organization
- Able to excel in dynamic, fluid, and continuously changing environment; proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks, independently and collaboratively
- Advanced Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel including experience with Pivot Tables
- Ability to analyse data and prepare reports / recommendations supported by strong analytical and critical thinking skills – filer prioritize and validate complex material from multiple sources
- Forward Compatible – Bold, Collaborative, Curious, Determined, Empathetic, Adaptable
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge in the Talent Acquisition space with a strong understanding of process, systems, technology and sourcing platforms
- Strategy design and implementation of major programs experience
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence project working group in decision-making and strategic processes
- Results-oriented with ability to conceive and execute business/operating plans.
