Job Description: The Finance Manager is a broad role in an exciting part of Costa where you’ll provide key support to the European New Markets, ensuring a high standard of delivery on core financial planning, month end reporting, management insight and establishing key processes. Job Responsibilities: Reporting to the Head of Finance for European New Markets, you’ll be responsible for building accurate financial plans, producing month end financials and key performance analysis/insight. Additionally, you’ll be providing commercial finance support to management on key business decisions and Business partnering both Finance and non-finance leaders in the provision of high levels of support and challenge to maximise performance. Further to the above you will: Job Requirements: Provide strong, considered commercial finance analysis to support the business in accelerating growth profitably. Take the lead on assessing key processes and controls ensuring they are effectively embedded within the business. Be responsible for the financial calendar within the team to ensure key deliverables and deadlines are adhered to. Produce and deliver accurate, timely, month end results, articulating key variances and overall performance to key stakeholders Drive delivery of accurate, consistent and reliable budget and forecasts working with the wider Coca-Cola business partners.
