Job Description:
You’ll support the Senior Global Insights Manager, providing consumer insight initiatives for the Global Brand, Innovation and Sustainability teams. Partnering with global innovation and R&D teams to identify, screen and deliver a pipeline of winning product innovations that can be successfully scaled across markets, as well as working closely with Costa’s Marketing team to develop winning campaigns and creative executions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leverage deep consumer insight to identify innovation opportunities. Working closely with the innovation & FMCG teams to develop, screen and deliver successful products that can launch globally, at pace
- Support the Sustainability on identifying and optimizing global sustainability initiatives across our platforms
- Manage global brand and campaign development activity, including creative testing, campaign evaluation, media ROI
Job Requirements:
- Experience operating in a fast-paced environment with FMCG/Innovation experience
- Experienced in using consumer data and insights to generate future business opportunities
- Strategic thinker
- Product Innovation process and research development/validation methods
