Job Description:

The Product Change Manager will be responsible for defining our operating model for our FMCG business. With a critical focus on value chain efficiency the outputs of this role will enable us to build a guide for our international teams to deliver best in class product and market launches. Working cross functionally with our innovation, procurement, and supply chain teams to map our NPD stages, creating an end to end solution

Job Responsibilities:

• In collaboration with cross functional teams you will work to deliver the NPD process from ideation through to instore/market delivery
• Identify and design the end to end supply chain route, ensuring this is fit for purpose for multi market NPD delivery and delivers on the value chain
• Own target operating models for FMCG that deliver optimal cost efficiency for existing and new markets
• Support design of launch timelines for must win markets, acting as a consult to markets identifying dependencies, risks & mitigations. Also own or advise on gating & governance processes where relevant

Job Requirements:

• Substantial experience and knowledge of the NPD process from ideation through to distribution within FMCG
• Experience[BG1] of using FMCG data sources to drive efficiencies
• Can evidence delivery of value/supply chain efficiencies
• Previous experience of the operational development of consumer goods, within beverages would be ideal, and for across multiple markets
• Previous experience of the programme management of multi market entries for consumer goods, with a strong understanding of the supply chain processes and considerations that underpin this activity
