Job Description:

Reporting in to the Proud to Serve Platform Director and responsible for a team of 4, you’ll define the strategy for Global Proud to Serve proposition development. You’ll need to be able to direct and coordinate a cross-functional team across brand, product, technical, operations, design, procurement and digital to create and trial winning wholesale propositions around the world.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define the commercial model for all propositions – including revenue drivers, target profitability and sensitivities on volume, RSP and capex investment to guide market decision making
• Communicate approach and recommendations with MD and GM stakeholders – navigating potential differences of opinion to reach an aligned global solution
• Support priority international markets to launch these propositions at pace, localizing where relevant but staying true to the global principles
• Create new propositions – Coordinate large cross-functional teams from across the business to create the ideal bundle of product, branded touchpoints, service, look and feel and technical specifications for new wholesale propositions
• Collate feedback on trial success and continually benchmark competitor/industry best practice to identify further opportunities for growth

Job Requirements:

• Very strong influencing skills – able to represent the global PTS agenda as the lead for key markets, and negotiate successful solutions to differences of opinion between global and local, or different markets.
• Deeply commercial – quickly able to understand and analyse retail P&Ls and wholesale agreements, identify drivers of performance and make recommendations on their findings
• Passionate about customer and consumer experience – able to benchmark competitor offers and develop solutions that enable our bottling partners to win new contracts and build our brand when executed in-market
• Background in strategy, having developed successful propositions for a relevant retailer or a strategy consultant adept at navigating complex problems.
• Able to lead complex, time pressured projects through to successful delivery – defining the critical path, managing key stakeholders and recommending solutions to challenges as they arrive.
