Job Description:

This Solution Architect – Foundations Technology role is responsible for leading technology design and solutions for our cloud, data center, and edge compute platforms in support of business initiatives and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create & manage the candidate pipeline and recruiting campaigns using effective sourcing strategies – universit y partnerships, clubs and organizations, social media, etc.
• Provide support for our Inclusion & Diversity initiatives and goals
• Continually engage with hiring managers and business leaders to understand and identify the recruiting needs and required skills.
• Recruits for interns & entry level training program positions across businesses; responsible for posting positions, conducting phone screens/evaluating initial video interviews and managing the candidate through the recruiting process.
• Monitors trends and developments in sourcing tools and technologies and utilize social media for sourcing and other marketing forums to drive traffic to our campus and virtual events.
• Assist in the planning and execution of the Summer Internship Program
• Partner with University Relations Manager & Sr. Recruiter to develop tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating college candidate s for open internships and entry level training programs. Continually document and expand network of websites, campuses, campus organizations, user groups, blogs and other resources where talent can be found.

Job Requirements:

• 7 – 10 years of experience
• Expert knowledge of Declarative Programming languages for Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management automation such as Cloud
• Formation, ARM Templates, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, and Puppet.
• Experience as a technical architect for cloud technology and on-prem infrastructure.
• Retail experience a plus
• Experience with working directly with Product Development teams and Business Leaders on capability sequencing, scoping, and dependency mapping. Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
• Outstanding knowledge on coding languages such as Object-Oriented programming used for infrastructure automation back-end service development such as GoLang, Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or Perl.
