Job Description:
The core contribution of this role is to provide best in class search engine optimisation strategy, whilst articulating specific & measurable business objectives and KPIs that ultimately lead to increased engagement and overall increased value to TWDC.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of SEO – from both an optimisation perspective and an understanding of how search connects to an overall connected customer experience across all channels.
This person needs to be up to date on the latest developments across Google and close to the upcoming trends in how audiences are using search in their daily lives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the right tools are in place across EMEA enabling consistent monitoring and measurement of SEO
- Incorporate all insights & learnings back into new and ongoing activity
- Ensure clear and measureable objectives and KPI’s are assigned for all activity
- Work with key LOB and Market stakeholders to plan and implement strategies to drive business growth and ensure strategies are aligned to effectively acquiring high-quality traffic to sites
- Communicate learnings and best practice guidelines across EMEA creating a community of shared expertise
- Identify new traffic sources including owned opportunities to drive quality traffic and brand awareness
- Assist with the management of agencies and partners to deliver effective integrated campaigns achieving set KPI’s, and staying one step ahead of trends and new developments in search
- Defining EMEA best practice SEO-based strategies and supporting their local implementation, measurement and reporting
- Guidance and training across EMEA and ensuring that successes and learnings are shared across the business
- Advising peers and stakeholders on how to best apportion their digital budgets in order to acquire quality traffic to desired platforms and retain them
