Job Description:
The Analytics & Insights team has been a key contributor to driving Domino’s industry-leading sales growth by pairing strategic thought leadership with the latest analytic techniques in the fields of data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and primary research.
This role will be primarily responsible for driving continuous improvement in Domino’s acquisition and retention strategies by providing rigorous analytics and testing insights to key leaders on the Digital Experience team. This role will be uniquely positioned to influence the evolution of Domino’s targeted customer strategies by leveraging analytics to identify areas of growth for experience-testing programs throughout the entire digital suite. The successful candidate will have strong analytic and consulting skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, design, analyze, report insights, and provide recommendations on experiential tests
- Assist Domino’s teams with customized views into web-behavior data
- Identify discreet customer segments leveraging behavioral data and advanced statistical techniques
- Assist with new experience QA, developing, and web-based tagging requirements
- Collaborate with and provide data-driven insights to the Digital Experience team on follow-up and ad-hoc requests
- Manage and provide guidance on simultaneously executed campaigns with overlapping customer segments
- Shape and guide strategic business objectives with disciplined analytic approach
- Identify, develop, and present recommendations for further improvements and testing
- Provide optimized statistical test designs for measuring the effectiveness of Digital Experience testing
- Regularly present test background and findings to Digital Leadership Team
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a digital media channel
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise database environments such as Oracle and MySQL
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Fluent in Power Point and Proficient in Excel
- 4+ years of client management experience and a proven record of impacting clients’ business
- Knowledge of SQL query language – including data parsing
- 4+ years of experience in client reporting
- Advanced knowledge of a web-analytics tool such as Webtrends Explore and Adobe Analytics; Knowledge of web basics such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Insights, Statistics, Math, or related field
- Excellent project management skills
- 5+ years of experience in business
