Job Description:

As a Regional Account Sales Executive, you’ll be joining a team of experienced operators who have excelled in the art of leading highly deliberate sales processes. The team is laying the foundation for what will eventually be the single biggest competitive advantage for DoorDash — industry-leading partnership terms with the best merchants.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate a highly organized sales cycle with the goal of closing deals within a few weeks
  • Have flexible hours and the option to work from home
  • Share on-the-ground learnings with sales leadership and operations team
  • Sell merchants on the value of partnering with DoorDash through revenue share agreements
  • Mentor teammates on how to be the best version of themselves after establishing yourself in the role
  • Travel into different markets in your region (up to 40% travel)
  • Develop and adopt new ways of gaining access, building trust, overcome objections, and create urgency
  • Interact with and empower business owners every day

Job Requirements:

  • You pride yourself on your excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have prior experience with leading an end-to-end, outbound sales cycle
  • You have experience exceeding goals
  • You display emotional intelligence, whether leading client-facing conversations or partaking in internal meetings
