Job Description:
The Central Marketing Executive will work closely with the Central Marketing Manager, the European marketing teams, plus key agency and supplier partners, to support the delivery of Europe-wide marketing campaigns and creative assets. They will manage the creative development and production of pan-European campaigns, and will manage the deployment of assets for the European marketing teams to execute locally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish effective and efficient ways of working across Europe to share best practice and provide assets required in each market
- Build and manage a profile of competitor activity, as well as best practice activity from beyond the travel sector, to inspire future opportunities for easyJet
- Support European marketing teams in the local activation of social and digital campaigns
- Work closely with key agency partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Manage timelines and budgets for pan-European campaigns developed centrally
- Share centrally-lead assets to ensure alignment of brand, messaging and campaigns across Europe
- Drive the centralised production of pan-European marketing assets and content across all channels, including Social, Digital, Press, TV and Radio
- Provide guidance to European marketing teams on the implementation of pan-European campaigns in local markets
- Work with European marketing teams to understand local market nuances to feed into campaigns and asset development
- End-to-end management of pan-European campaigns to support tactical sales, brand building, schedule releases and easyJet’s sustainability initiatives
- Report on campaign ROI, helping to feed into future planning
- Act as daily point-of-contact for European marketing executives for central campaign activities
Qualification & Experience:
- Ability to deliver results through initiative, creativity & ability to deliver
- Flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Minimum 4-6 years working in a marketing team, either Client or Agency-side, on a large consumer brand
- Particular interest in social and digital marketing
- Good understanding of the marketing campaign process, from planning, to briefing, creative development, production and measurement
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with creative agencies across multiple channels
- Organised, with exceptional attention to detail
- Good creative judgment
- European language proficiency is an advantage. (i.e. French, German, Spanish, Italian)
