Job Description:
- The purpose of this role is to provide commercially focused web insight and MI to key Stakeholders and teams within easyJet along with media mix and effectiveness insight through econometrics and attribution modelling to extend our understanding beyond last click and planning and ROI improvements. You will be required to efficiently create and deliver reports to senior Stakeholders, supporting internal teams by converting the data into actionable insight to aid decision making in the business. A key focus of the role is to analyze the sources of traffic and paths to purchase to help with optimization of our performance marketing activity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand business objectives and live trading environments to help influence MI.
- Work with senior stakeholders to build MI requirements – delivering intelligible reporting
Act as key lead on econometric modelling with our agency partner to ensure timely supply of data required to complete the models and analysis. Lead the cascade of econometric output with clear recommendations for media optimization - Act as champion for looking beyond the standard last click model to measure the true attributed value of each channel and spend to ensure we invest in the optimal media mix to drive business growth most efficiently
- Work with internal teams such as Commercial, Acquisition and Marketing across easyJet to deliver reporting requirements
- Cut through large data sets and multiple analysis options to provide intelligible, actionable reports and analysis
- Work to build as much automated reporting as possible – avoiding manual reports
- Work to develop self-service reporting dashboards to democratize data where possible
- Educate the wider commercial teams on various attribution model options and ensure we can report at multiple levels in an easy to understand and accessible way.
Qualification & Experience:
- Strong experience in Web Analytics packages (i.e. Google Analytics 360)
- Strong experience in dashboard presenting platforms (e.g. Google Data Studio and Big Query)
- Experience with reporting via different attribution models, including data driven attribution
- Experience with econometric modelling either hands-on or via an agency partner
- Experience with multiple MVT, A/B, and Analytics tools desirable e.g. Google Optimize
- Working knowledge of key performance marketing channels e.g. PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Social, Metasearch
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build productive relationships both internally and externally
- Highly commercial, numerate with a high level of analytical skills
- Self-motivated, with ability to work autonomously, organizing time and prioritizing workload.
- Able to develop and input into new processes in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment
