Job Description:

Under direct supervision, manufactures powder formulations, binder solutions, and sub-manufacturing bases in accordance with prescribed formulas and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follows all safety and good manufacturing practices (GMP’s).
• Manufactures batches in accordance with batch card directions.
• Operates milling equipment to achieve proper raw material dispersions.
• Records weights, time, temperature, and speeds on the batch card.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment.
• Preweighs batches using a computer controlled weighing system.
• Recognizes mechanical performance of equipment and communicates issues.
• Ensures accurate information transfer to container labels.
• Performs other duties as assigned including assisting with the training of new employees.
• Takes instructions from QA for batch adjustments to rectify quality defects.
