Job Responsibilities: Possess extensive knowledge of account requirements and special situations Guide and assist team with projects along with assisting with training in new hires Able to quickly shift mindset from one task to another to perform duties within but not limited to the following areas Education, Salon Orders, Logistics, Salon Closings/Returns, Empowered Ordering, Claims, New Business, Pure Pro, and Customer Master Ability to identify system and workflow improvements to recommend enhancements Ability to respond and resolve escalated issues and or unique or complex requests from internal and external customers and follow-up on resolution Accountable to ensure achievement of team fundamentals and compliance of policy and procedures Assist Managers with coaching to inspire and motivate teams to high performance. Input to team individual performance review. Perform other duties as assigned Responsible for taking orders and requests efficiently with a focus on exceeding expectations Utilize all applicable SAP functions to ensure maximum usage and compliance (Power User level) Performs a variety of tasks with limited supervision.
