Job Description:
Ensure customer satisfaction through implementation and maintenance of daily functions and processes. Deliver above and beyond service and achievement of sales goals. Uphold Aveda Mission and Core Beliefs. Perform the below duties at the high level of customer support and handle more complex situations prior to escalating to management. 4 or more years of service within Customer Relations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Possess extensive knowledge of account requirements and special situations
- Guide and assist team with projects along with assisting with training in new hires
- Able to quickly shift mindset from one task to another to perform duties within but not limited to the following areas Education, Salon Orders, Logistics, Salon Closings/Returns, Empowered Ordering, Claims, New Business, Pure Pro, and Customer Master
- Ability to identify system and workflow improvements to recommend enhancements
- Ability to respond and resolve escalated issues and or unique or complex requests from internal and external customers and follow-up on resolution
- Accountable to ensure achievement of team fundamentals and compliance of policy and procedures
- Assist Managers with coaching to inspire and motivate teams to high performance. Input to team individual performance review.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Responsible for taking orders and requests efficiently with a focus on exceeding expectations
- Utilize all applicable SAP functions to ensure maximum usage and compliance (Power User level)
- Performs a variety of tasks with limited supervision. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
- In-depth knowledge and efficiency with using Excel, Word, Empowered Ordering, and Pure Pro
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Years of Experience 4 or more years of service within Customer Relations
- Proficient software knowledge using Xcel, Word and SAP
- Self- motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Set and maintain the highest level of service for our customers
- Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills
- Additional Job Specifications (e.g., physical demands, working conditions, equipment/machinery, specific skills, etc.)
- Minimum Education level BS/BA Degree or equivalent
