Job Responsibilities: Responsible for inventory accuracy of the warehouse and production staging area Supervises all staging personnel Negative balance report is reviewed and corrected weekly Learn and operates all warehouse functions of WMS, NTSI and Elemco Responsible for timely and accurate closeouts Ensure monthly inventory reports are done in a timely manner Prepares for and organizes the running of the annual physical inventory Responsible for reviewing the monthly financial shrinkage report, investigating discrepancies and submitting the necessary adjustments to finance in a timely fashion. Understands AMAPs and IBM system Insures departmental adherence to all company and governmental procedures and regulations including, but not limited to safety, environmental and housekeeping. Handle employee relation issues Responsible for cycle count program and ensuring to be at or above the quarterly warehouse audit goal for accuracy Insures customer service to all departments through timely movement of goods into and out of the warehouse Utilizes manpower effectively to satisfy all department requirements Job Requirements: College degree or equivalent experience Knowledge of computerized inventory systems (WMS) EL Systems knowledge a plus (Access, WMS, Excel, AMAPs, NTSI,) Good communications, interpersonal and organizational skills necessary Previous supervisory experience preferred Job Details: Company: Estée Lauder Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Bristol, PA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacancyoptions.com
