Job Description:
Position Summary Ensure customer satisfaction through implementation and maintenance of daily functions and processes. Deliver above and beyond service and achievement of sales goals. Uphold Aveda Mission and Core Beliefs. Perform the below duties at the high level of customer support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently respond in a professional manner to all inquiries from internal and external customers
- Process orders efficiently utilizing SAP and Empowered ordering with a focus on exceeding expectations of our customers
- Partner with field teams to achieve mutual goals
- Primary contact for salon customers
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge, launch information, and use suggestive selling techniques
- Responsible for processing orders, credits, debits, returns requests efficiently while achieving service fundamentals utilizing expertise of concepts, practices, and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills
- Set and maintain the highest level of service for our customers
- Self- motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent
- Proficient software knowledge using Xcel, Word and SAP
