Job Responsibilities:

• Cold calling leads
• Be the first point of contact
• Scheduling appointments for and transferring calls to an agent

Job Requirements:

• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service
• Professional phone etiquette
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently
• 1+ year of receptionist or administrative experience preferred but not required
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
