Job Description:
The Book Fair Fulfillment Services Associate is a cross trained Associate for all production positions inside a Book Fair Warehouse. They are fully trained and certified to train others in picking, packing, QA, POS, returns, shipping, receiving, stocking and order processing.
Job Responsibilities:
Production processes that include picking, packing, QA, POS, returns processing, shipping, receiving, stocking and order processing completed efficiently and accurately
- Place all marketing strips on bookcases
- Use an RF gun for receiving and shipping
- QA outbound fairs, orders and POS
- Confirm all items are in excellent condition
- Properly stage cases and displays in preparation for loading
- Assist Drivers in loading Fairs into trucks for delivery
- Cross trained on all positions and above average level of understanding of the RF gun functionality
- Use an RF gun for order picking
Job Requirements:
- Other duties as needed
- Train new associates on all SOPs to support the fairs
- 0-3 years of experience
- Perform backup functions for other departments as needed
- Assist Driver in unloading Fairs into warehouse
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, must read, write and speak English
- High School degree or equivalent experience
- Ready all materials for next shipment
- Inspect all fixtures as necessary, notifying management of damages
