• Internship provides a high-potential student with an opportunity to gain exposure to Henkel’s Finance organization and gain a comprehensive understanding of a consumer-packaged goods business from the perspective of the Henkel Finance function.
• Join Henkel’s Finance Order to Cash team where you can learn more about accounts receivable and credit management
• Project management & digitalization via participation on regional and global finance projects
• Work closely with local Finance Managers and Henkel’s Manila Shared Service Center (SSC), Sales, Customer Service and other operational departments to support implementation of various process improvements
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Finance OTC processes and the connection to sales, business and marketing

Qualification & Experience:

• Undergraduate (BS, BA, BBA) students currently enrolled in junior year with concentrations in Finance/Accounting or related discipline, or first year of MS/MBA program with a minimum 3.2 GPA.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to gather and analyze data, and develop fact-based recommendations resulting from the analysis.
• Agile and strong work ethic with ability to quickly learn how to analyze data.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude.
• Project Planning Skills: Understand timing constraints of work and initiates activities with sufficient lead time to successfully deliver project deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. SAP a plus.
• Ability to commit to a 9 month assignment (30/40 hours per week ideally)
