Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation and process of Charge Card applications (GCC/HCC)
  • Liaise with Hertz Billing on invoice reconciliation
  • Works on special HES projects as assigned
  • Works closely with the field and HES leadership to meet customers’ needs, group goals, and service standards.
  • Provide admin support for the Hertz Entertainment Services group nationwide
  • Build relationships with national account contacts and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain and update HES related information into databases such as Excalibur and Global Accounts Receivable
  • Prepare correspondence for the Hertz Entertainment Service Group as necessary
  • Booking reservations for productions nationally

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to learn new programs, software, and reports quickly
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in business climate
  • Detail oriented, highly organized and ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to multi task
  • High school graduate, some college preferred
  • Excellent Communication skills both oral and written
  • Advanced Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite
  • Capable of working independently and in an open team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills both in person and via phone
  • Knowledge of Dash/Excalibur preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; research/investigate to find resolution
