Job Description:

Holland America Group is currently searching for a highly motivated Senior National Accounts Manager who is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals by executing account strategy. Directly accountable for revenue production from an assigned portfolio of key accounts on all major product groups for Holland America Line. Promotes company products to accounts through on-site sales calls, conferences and training workshops. Our Team Core Values are based on Boldness, Excellence, Unity and Success. This position is remote based. The candidate must reside in the United states, preferably in Florida or Northeast

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategy while incorporating brand strategy on every sales touch.
• Meet and exceed all major sales goals
• Plan and oversee marketing initiatives with partners
• Analyze reporting to provide strategic direction to the portfolio
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build a strategy to support commercial priorities
• Contribute to the team’s development and growth through active participation in learning opportunities and initiatives
• Maintain strong and effective long- term relationships that are consistent and continue to grow with corporate objectives
• Manage various budgets using critical thinking and ROI
• Develop, and execute sales, marketing and training plans

Job Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Holland America Product
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Critical thinker who is able to independently find solutions.
• Demonstrated strategic sales acumen
• Strong negotiator
• Experience and confidence public speaking is an asset
• Experience: 5+ years of relationship-sales experience including a track record of revenue growth
